Kerala Vanika Vaisya Sangham is being given various Scholarships to the students belonging to Vanika Vaisya Community annually. The Scholarships so given are to the students who are most successful in SSLC, PlusII, University,entrance Examinations, Arts & Sports events etc. as detailed below:

  • In respect of SSLC all A+ students,9 A+ Students,8 A+ Students.

  • Plus Two-Science ,Commerce & Humanities-State First

  • CBSC - Science, Commerce & Humanities - State First

  • For University Examinations - All courses to those students come 1st, 2nd and 3rd from among the candidates applied for the scholarship

  • Entrance Examinations-All Studnets in the Entrance Rank List-both Medical and Engineering.

  • MBBS & Btech-Final Examinations-Top Rank

  • Most successful students in respect of Arts & Sports events in District,State and all India level.

Annual financial assistance for MBBS, Engineering and MCA students for completion of the full course at the rate of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) per student per year.

Andal Ramachandran Memorial Award

To the highest in Medical Entrance every year. Award constituted by Sri M.V Ramachandran, Ernakulam (Sangham Regional Secretary) in memory of his wife Andal Ramachandran.

Valli Subramoniam Endowment

To the highest in Final MBBS & Engineering Examinations, one each students every year. Award constituted by Sri K. Subramoniam, Valli Textiles & Valli Jewellary, Chalai, Trivandrum.

Mangalathil Thulasi Memorial Award

To the highest in engineering entrance every year. Award constituted by Sri M Renjan,Sreemagalathil,Prakanam P O, Elanthoor,Pathanamthitta.

The Sangham invites application for the Scholarship from the students of the Community every year in September/October in the specified foat. The applications so received within the time limit are scrutinized by a Scholarship Committee constituted by the Sangham and the awards are distributed in a Statewide function organized by the Sangham every year at a District and venue decided by the Sangham.
