The Subsidiary organization constituted by the Sangham exclusively for the children of Vanika Vaisya Community aged between 5 and 17 for promoting their mental, cultural and educational aptitude to equip them to become outstanding personalities in future. Balasalabham has a State Committee headed by a Co-Ordinator, two Assistant Co-ordinators and Executive Committee members. It has been envisaged to constitute District Committees and Sakha Committees for the Balasalabham. At present the Balasalabham has District Committees and Sakha Committees.
